This conviction has been the cornerstone of my journey ever since I first met a student with severe autism struggling in a mainstream school. During my academic pursuits, I came to realize that traditional education alone could not fulfill the unique needs of every learner. This realization ignited my passion for individualized care and inclusive education- a calling that continues to inspire me in working with students of determination.

With over twelve years of dedicated experience as a compassionate and inclusive practitioner, I specialize in supporting students with autism, intellectual disabilities, ADHD, and learning challenges such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia. My career spans both special needs centers that work with students in the severe category and mainstream inclusive schools, providing me with thoughtful prophecy and expertise in disability care management within the UAE.

Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Special Education, I hold multiple degrees in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, and English, complemented by certifications in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Life Skills education. Throughout my career, I have contributed to advancing the fields of disability care, mental health, and inclusive education through research, presentations at national and international seminars, and published related articles. I am honored to have received the National Award for Inclusive Leadership (2023–2024) from the Fusion Art Foundation.

I am proud to be affiliated with esteemed organizations such as the American Psychological Association (APA) as an international affiliate, and to be a registered member of professional social work bodies including ISPSW and KAPS in India and Kerala.

Al Ibtisama was founded with a clear and purposeful mission by the Indian Association Sharjah, where a legacy of community care management has long been nurtured: to open doors for People of Determination and empower them to achieve their fullest potential. Our commitment is to provide compassionate, holistic education and care aligned with the highest national and international standards, enabling every learner to embrace independence and lead a meaningful life. By overcoming barriers with determination and dynamic action, we continuously adopt diverse methodologies bespoke to each individual’s interests, strengths, and potential.
