As a parent of my son, Steven, who is on the autism spectrum, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Al Ibtisama, under the Sharjah Indian Association, for the exceptional care, dedication, and professionalism shown by the entire team. Since Steven joined the school, we have seen wonderful progress in his learning, confidence, and communication. The teachers demonstrate remarkable patience, understanding, and commitment, providing the individualized support he needs to grow and develop.
What truly stands out is that the institution maintains a very safe, ethical, and nurturing environment for the children. From the teachers and leadership team to the support staff and even the transportation staff, everyone treats the children with kindness, respect, and responsibility. As parents, this gives us great peace of mind knowing that Steven is in a place where he is safe, supported, and encouraged every day.
The experience has been excellent so far. Parents leaving their vulnerable children with satisfaction and peace of mind in hands of professional is victory for both parents and teachers. What is extremely positive and matters to everyone is that the fee structure of Al Ibtisama is affordable for all. People of Determination teaching and coaching is very expensive in UAE and at times many parents cannot afford it. Overall, we are highly satisfied with the management's attention and commitment in listening and solving any concern raised by the parents. The hygiene at the facility and transport is worth a praise. Close attention by the teachers and helpers has been observed throughout. I wish good luck and success to students, teachers and parents.
